Offering Behaviour & Training Support for Cats & Dogs - online across the UK, & in person locally

​​​Behaviour assessments, consultations & treatment (see Key Facts - Part 1 for criteria):


  • Cats: Initial 3-session cat behaviour package* (approx. 4 face-to-face hours) = £455


  • Dogs: Initial 3-session dog behaviour package* (approx. 4.25 face-to-face hours) = £505
    • ​Or: Initial 2-session dog behaviour package* (approx. 3.25 face-to-face hours) = £400


  • All packages include 1 detailed/diagnostic consultation, + either 1-2 shorter follow-up sessions (or- in some cases - a pre-consult "help me now!" session), depending on yours & your pet's needs/your chosen package.
    • Initial consultations are likely to be online, & are all about human-human information exchange & getting a "first aid" plan in place.
      • These sessions are likely to be 2-2.25 hours long.
    • Follow-up sessions may be in person or online, near my location, at your home, the vets, or "out'n about" - depending on the case, your pet's needs & your preference. 
      • These sessions are usually 0.75-1 hour, depending on the case/chosen package.
      • They are to provide continued help & support, re-assess the case, progress your learning +/- trouble-shoot (which is important as behaviour is dynamic, & plans are tailored to yours & your pet's individual needs).
  • Multi-cat and multi-dog households count as 1 cat or dog case; mixed-species cases are charged at dog prices.


  • Subsequent follow-up sessions
    • Dogs: £105/hour-long session (if paid for individually).
    • Cats: £80/0.75-hour-long session (if paid for individually).
      • Cats & dogs: four+ follow-up sessions booked and paid for at the same time = 7.5% discount*. 


  • Tertiary level case review & input from a Veterinary Behaviourist (to be discussed & decided upon on a case-by-case basis if/when needed) = £300 (for an initial, one-off review)

Training lessons for cats & dogs (see Key Facts - Part 1 for criteria):


  • Cats/kittens: Initial 3-session cat training package* (approx. 3.25 face-to-face hours) = £325


  • Dogs/pups: Initial 3-session dog training package* (approx. 3.75 face-to-face hours) = £415
    • ​Or: Initial 3-session dog training package* (approx. 2.75 face-to-face hours) = £320


  • All packages include 1 detailed/"set up" consultation, + either 1-2 shorter follow-up sessions (or- in some cases - a pre-consult "prevention & management" session), depending on yours & your pet's needs/your chosen package.
    • Initial sessions may be online, & are all about human-human information exchange & getting a plan for success in place.
      • These sessions are likely to be 1.75-2 hours long.
    • Follow-up sessions may be in person or online, near my location, at your home, the vets, or "out'n about" - depending on the case, your pet's needs & your preference. 
      • These sessions are usually 0.75-1 hour, depending on the case/chosen package.
      • They are to provide continued help & support, re-assess the case, progress your learning +/- trouble-shoot (which is important as behaviour is dynamic, & plans are tailored to yours & your pet's individual needs).
  • Multi-cat and multi-dog households count as 1 cat or dog case; mixed-species cases are charged at dog prices.

    • Dogs: £95/hour-long session (if paid for individually).
    • Cats: £70/0.75-hour-long session (if paid for individually).
    • Cats & dogs: four+ follow-up sessions booked and paid for at the same time = 5% discount*. 


* Booking an initial package allows us to best address your concerns, providing continuity and support for you at the start.

All fees exclude expenses - mileage, venue hire +/- ‘phone expenses, or fees for interacting directly with your pet insurance company are additional.

  • Expense charges: Mileage/travel to your home/chosen location to work together from Godshill (post code SP6)
    • ​​Mileage bands: 0-6 miles = £0.45p/mile; 8-12 miles = £0.45p/mile + £5; 12-18 miles = £0.45p/mile + £10; 18+ miles = please contact me (45p/mile + hourly rate [1 hour charged for each part of an hour], depending on my availability)
  • +/- venue hire expenses: Likely local venue hire = approx. £15/hour, or part thereof; may vary depending on venue - to be arranged.
  • +/- telephone charges: we usually meet online, so this is rare! £5 per half-hour consult session (or part thereof)*
  • Liaison or direct assistance with pet insurance companies and claims: £45 admin fee (flat rate for up to 3 interactions per case) - I wish I didn't have to charge this, but I have no staff, & this takes lots of time!


All fees are payable at the time of booking.  Fees are non-refundable, as per Clause 7 in our Terms of Business.
